We didn’t manage to get down to see David Walliams swimming through Maidenhead for Sport Relief. Fortunately, others on Twitter were more organised than us, including @Maidbloke who live tweeted the whole event:

Thank you for the mentions Phil, it was very busy down by the river with perhaps a thousand turning out to see him on part of his amazing journey. A lovely event to be a part of.
