Holly’s school Sports Day – 27 June 2013

It hardly seems like two years since we were up watching Rebekah at her school sports day.

This time it was Holly’s turn to take to the field and we duly joined the masses of other parents and hangers-on who were eager to watch their sons and daughters taking part.

All the classes at the Infant school took part and worked their way around nine different activities which had been set out around the field.  The classes stayed together and the parents followed their specific child’s class around in order to see all the different events.

The logistics for moving everyone on after each event was undertaken by the head teacher, Mrs Clementson, whose stentorian tones came across the crackly tannoy system after each event, accompanied by suitably rousing music.
