Andy Murray triumphs at Wimbledon – 7 July 2013
1936 was the year that Fred Perry became the last British man to win the Gentleman’s Singles at Wimbledon.
Today, some seventy-seven years later, it was Andy Murray’s turn to emerge triumphant as he defeated Novak Djokovic in straight sets, to win 6-4 7-5 6-4.
